Tiger Pup Registration 2025

TIGER PUPS: The tiger pup program is designed for our youngest swimmers. Participants MUST be fully potty-trained, have previous swim lesson experience, and be willing to get in the water.

The program runs Monday - Thursday in the shallow end of the pool. Tiger pups will start June 23 - July 17.

We will need to cap the numbers, so registration for the pups is on a first come basis. Payment information is at the end of this form. Please fill out a form for each child.

Photo Release: I give my permission for my child to be photographed as part of the Springfield Swim Club Swim Team.  I understand that my child’s photograph may be used in Social Media posts (Springfield Swim Club and the Tigershark Tank), Team Unify (team only), or for promotional materials (team letter). *
Tiger Pups is $60 per child. You will be directed to the next screen for payment.  *
