Sign up and help shape the new Customer Forum — here's how!

Would you be interested in helping us improve the Forum?

HMRC is redesigning the HMRC Online Customer Forum.

We want to understand what our customers want from the Forum, what features and aspects of the Forum that you like and how it could be improved.

We are looking for volunteers to spend some time speaking with our research team. Any participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. Any information provided will be confidential and anonymised.

If you have any questions about the research study, please contact Jack Mitchell at jack.mitchell@digital.hmrc.gov.uk.

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully, gaining your insights and perspective.

Many thanks,

Jack Mitchell
