If chosen, the vendor fee and contract must be submitted by 5/27/2024.

Frizz Fest 2024 Details:
~Frizz Fest will be held on Saturday September 21st, 2024 from 12pm-7pm
~$375 Food/Drink Truck Vendor Fee
~$300 Food/Snack/Drink Booth Fee 
~You must have a permit to sell in St. Louis City.
~Will receive individual digital vendor flyer to post/share on social media

Frizz Fest 2024 Requirements:
~If you do not have a food/drink truck, must provide own vendor table (standard size 6 ft table is recommended)
~If you do not have a food/drink truck, a canopy for your table is required (no bigger than 10' x 10')
~Must provide own chairs
~If you do have a food truck, must provide 5 cases of water bottles to sell
~Arrive to event location no later than 10:00am on September 21, 2024 for set-up (or you will not be able to vend)
~Must stay full duration of the event from set-up to breakdown, approx. 10:00am - 8:00pm
~Ability to set-up and clean-up your station without assistance from Frizz Fest staff. Please bring two to three helpers!
~Supply a substantial amount of food/drink
~Product pricing must be on display at vendor booth
~Credit/Debit Card payment must be accepted
~No power sources provided at the park or by the Frizz Fest Team
*Vendor Fee will not be refunded for any cancellations or no shows.
**Frizz Fest will take place rain or shine, no refunds will be issued due to weather.
***Frizzy By Nature, LLC and/or any member of the Frizz Fest staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Will you be decorating your vendor table? *
We request all vendors decorate/brand their tables. This is a celebration of women, we want your station to be fun and visible to our attendees. The more effort you put into your setup, the more you connect with the community and the more attention you will bring to your business.
Are you able to arrive at the event location no later than 10:00am on September 21st, 2024 to set-up your station? *
We want you to have ample time for setup so that you are ready to go by the time event starts! We suggest bringing a helper or two as the Frizz Fest staff will not be able to assist with vendor setup. Late arrival is unacceptable.
Can you commit to participating in the event for the full duration? (10:00am-8:00pm) *
This includes fully cleaning up your station after the event has ended.
Can you ensure that you will keep your entire vendor station clear of trash for the duration of the event? *
Trash includes any boxes, paper, wrapping, junk, etc
If you have items that need to be kept at a cooler temperature, will you bring coolers? *
Do you accept credit cards and cash? *Please note, you must accept card payments. *
A credit card swipe is highly recommended, we want you to make as many sales as possible! Also, please make sure you have ample change!
Can you confirm participation and provide vendor fee by May 27th, 2024? *
To sell food at the festival, you must obtain a permanent food permit or a temporary food permit from the city.  Will you be sure to have your permit? *
