Use this application to submit your interest session proposal for consideration for HMEA's 2027 Professional Development Day.

The HMEA In-Service Conference Committee is seeking 60 minute proposals for the 2027 conference. This year's theme is "Stronger Together: Building Musical Communities."

Suggested conference topics include, but are not limited to the following: Instrumental and Choral Rehearsal Techniques, Instrumental and Choral Literature, Music Literacy, Assessment, Active Music Making, Music in Special Education, Music Technology, World Music and Advocacy.

All presenters will be responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations.

The proposal window is open from August 1st to September 4th, 2026.
