The Gymnastics Academy registration for the month of November - December 2020 is open.

Registration for Gymnastics will close on Thursday 29th October 2020.

Any sign ups made after the 29th of October will not be automatically considered and your child/children may not be able to join.

Through this registration form, you will be asked to select which day you would like your child/children to attend.

If you select Monday, you will be signing up for all 7 Monday sessions - November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th + December 7th, 14th. You will be charged for the full 7 sessions.

Please be aware that we are operating on social distancing guidelines provided by the Ministry. Therefore, there is a limit on the number of students that may join on any particular day and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If the limit has been reached, we will contact you in order to reschedule.

The Attendance List will be given to security and only students registered will be allowed entrance into the school with parents/guardians asked to wait outside. Students will have to sign next to their names as they enter the school.

Please consider all potential factors (holidays, other school activities, external activities) when selecting the dates. All students are required to attend their chosen activity independently, the teachers and coaches are not responsible for ensuring their attendance. There will be no make-up lessons for absences due to personal reasons. The dates selected and the total number of sessions you have selected, will be final on the 30th of October. You will need to honor the dates and be responsible for ensuring your child/children’s attendance for the selected sessions as well as be accountable for the payment of said sessions.

Once the invoice has been issued to you, please make payment within the deadline.

In the unlikely event that the minimum number of students for each session has not been met, we reserve the right to cancel the session. We will then find an alternative session to place your child/children in.

If your child/children has any outstanding credits from previous months, we will apply it to the invoice. If you would like to know the number of credits you may have, you may email the Academy Coordinator, Tien Tan, at

Lastly, we ask for your cooperation during these sensitive times. Please be aware of your social distancing duties and respect the direction of your coaches and the school staff who are here to keep yourselves and the school safe.
