We believe in having people on our team that aspires to deliver their finest to our organization, and be role models to our greater furry community. We also believe every Staff member can be future leaders of our organization. Taking care of, and Nurturing our team, is our priority.
This is why we look for some of the most awesome people to be part of our team to help out with our org, and we also want to focus on helping you be the best version of yourself, with skills and experiences you can take home and apply elsewhere outside of our fandom.
If you've made it to this form, you've likely read through the available positions on offer, and we'd like to hear more on how you can fit that role before we proceed further. But as a general requirement, we'd like to remind you that staffing our con has these minimum acceptance criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon application. We value maturity and the ability to engage responsibly with the tasks at hand and we will be engaging in sensitive topics essential to keep ourselves running. Accepted applicant will also be required to sign non disclosure agreement with us.
- Familiarity with the furry community is a requirement. You should either be a part of it or a part of similar fandoms and have a general understanding of its dynamics. Even if you come from other fandoms, you should have an idea of what furries are and how we work.
- We are looking for people with a strong, demonstrated background in their elected positions. We want to help you grow and expand your capabilities with us, but we do need new staff members to come with expertise that can benefit our existing team. If you are not certain about your qualifications, or do not have any, you can consider applying for a Volunteer position once applications open!
- Staff members do not need to be an Indonesian Citizen, however must ensure you are legally authorized to perform voluntary work duties in Indonesia, and are responsible of your own status.
- We are an Indonesian-based event with an intent to be as internationally accessible as possible. As a result, our primary language is English, and our internal communication, documents, and meetings will be primarily in English.
- While we are a community organization and we'd love to be friends even if we're working together as Staff, we seek accountability from every member. Staff members will be accountable for their work, and will work with the objectives of their teams with help from Team Leads and Department Heads. All Staff members should be ready to work towards the objectives of their teams with responsibility and accountability. Staff members are also the key custodians of the IWAG name, to wear with pride, mindfulness, and responsibility.
- We are looking for trustworthiness and honesty on our team, doing what is ethically correct and what aligns best to the Organization's values - even if it means questioning decisions of your leaders.
Staff members are considered based on any past experience in other conventions, events, voluntary work, professional certification, professional work, or any other proof that you can share with us. Specifics are detailed for every available position.

you're a good fit for our Staff team, and would also assess you with several case study questions that would assess your alignment with our principles, values, and needs on the team. We will also want to align with our expectations on your commitment.

key. Failure
to fulfill your role may lead to the forfeiture of your Staff role even before the immediate next convention begins.
