Time stamp of the play/plays (when the best play/plays takes place in the video for example 0:43 or 1:43)

NOTES (IMPORTANT)

-If you are sending the play through Youtube please make sure the video is unlisted/public if it is private i wont be able to view it!
-If you are sending the play through Google.drive please make sure i dont have to request access to view the play otherwise your play will NOT get viewed!
-Please only submit footage if you are the owner of it, submitting other peoples footage can cause me a lot of problems and will result in all future submissions from you being blocked
-By submitting videos to Overwatch Plays Channel, you hereby acknowledge that you grant Overwatch Plays a perpetual non-exclusive world-wide license (not ownership) to display, promote, monetize, or modify your video for commercial use.

I am the owner of the footage i am submitting to Overwatch Plays and I understand that by submitting this footage to Overwatch Plays I am allowing Overwatch Plays to use my footage in any of their videos. I also have read the 'NOTES (IMPORTANT)' and have followed and agree to them
