We're able to initiate a retrieval process that can take up to 7 days. Please note that we only store your raw video/photo files. We do not have an edited copy of your experience on-file. If you would like to proceed, there is a $25 fee for file retrieval. Once payment is received, we will initiate the process on our end. When the files become available, we will share them with you via a Google Drive folder. That shared folder will be available to you for 7 days. We strongly encourage you to download the files and make copies of them on multiple devices for safe keeping.
