The volunteer area is partially but not completely fenced. 
There are feral cats and dogs in the town of Farmersburg.  
Pets are not allowed inside the theater. 
Pets are not allowed inside the vegetable garden.

Parents: The Theater is currently a construction zone.  Children under 12 cannot enter the Theater and no children can be left unattended on the property at any time.

This is a sober environment. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping are not permitted on the property, including inside your private vehicles if parked on site.

Volunteers are required to commit a minimum of 3 hours a day or 20 hours a week. This applies to each volunteer over 18.

You are welcome to stay as little as one day, and up to three months. 
This is a very windy environment. All personal objects need to be secured at all times. 
Stays are reassessed weekly. 
Volunteers never have any tenancy rights. 
Water spigots are shared. 
Failure to provide the required volunteer hours will result in being charged for camping at the rate of $20/day dry or $4O/day electric.

Quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM. Unfortunately, we have neighbors so there can’t be excessive noise after 9 PM. Please sign below in agreement. *
Long-term volunteers (over 1 week) are required to pay electric. Current rate is $8/day to be paid at the weekly reassessment meeting. This rate subject to adjustment if Volunteer has excessive electrical needs, and will not be applied to volunteers using only solar. By below, you agreed to pay this electric bill.

Farmersburg Theater is currently under construction. There are many potential hazards and dangers. By signing below, you agree not to hold Farmersburg Theater LLC, any staff or any volunteers responsible or liable for any damage to yourself or your property.
All volunteers must have insurance for their own vehicles.
