Pool Season runs Memorial Day, May 27th 2024- Labor Day Sept 2 2024
All members must submit an application and sign the pool contract. All applications will be reviewed by the pool board. Upon acceptance of your application you will be notified. The $50 processing fee for new members is waived for the 2024 season.
Family Membership –
Family includes any child/children under the age of 21, within the same household and are claimed on your taxes.

Two Adult Membership –
Family or two adults with no children in the household living at the same address

Each Membership Category Includes:
● 5 free guest passes. $10 per guest after that limit. Guest passes can be bought in bulk for a discounted rate of $50 for 10 guest passes. These can be purchased through the website or by check.
*No charge for guests under 2 years old.
Pool Hours will be:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am- 8pm
Thursday 12 pm- 8 pm
Saturday 9am- 8pm
Sunday 10 am- 6 pm
Please remember that pool hours are subject to change in August with the transition of school and lifeguard availability. Any change in pool hours will be sent as soon as known to members through text and facebook announcement.

Pool Rules:
1. The lifeguard on duty has absolute authority over all children and adults using the facilities of Windsor Park Corp.
2. No socializing with the lifeguard while on duty
3. All children under 12 years of age must be under constant adult supervision.
4. Children 12 and older who have passed a swim test and have a signed consent form may swim without adult supervision. Swim test will be administered by the lifeguard on duty and will consist of swimming the length of the pool and treading water for 1 minute
5. Babies and children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
6. No food is allowed in the pool.
7. No foul language, name calling or bullying will be tolerated.
8.. No running or horseplay in the pool area.
9.. Parents or guardian will be responsible for the conduct of their children and for any damages they may do to the facilities. Rule infractions will be handled as follows: NO CHILD IS EXEMPT
· First Infraction: Warning/reminder of rules.
· Second Infraction: 15 minute time-out in designated area.
· Third Infraction: Offender will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day. The Board notifies parents in writing.
· Second Day Sent Home: One week suspension from pool; Board notifies parents in writing.
· Third Day Sent Home: Board will decide consequences.
10.. No inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated
11.. No inappropriate or excessive physical displays of affection such as open mouth kissing ("making out") or petting while on the premises. We strive to maintain a family friendly environment and expect members and their guest to be respectful of others around them.
- First Infraction: A verbal warning will be given by the lifeguard or a pool board member
- Second Infraction: Offender will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day
- Third infraction: One week suspension from the pool
- Fourth infraction: Suspension for the remainder of the season
12. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area at any time.
13. No smoking or vaping on the premises.
14. Alcohol is allowed at the pool in a responsible fashion. There will be no tolerance for underage drinking. Any underage drinking or disruptive members or guests of members will be asked to leave at the discretion of the lifeguard or pool board members. Members who do not abide by the rules will be subject to termination of their membership with no refunds granted. No glass containers allowed. No drugs of any kind allowed on the premises. We seek to maintain the family friendly environment of our pool and ask that you are respectful of this.
15. GUESTS:
· 5 Free guest passes. $10 per guest after that limit. Guest passes can be bought in bulk for a discounted rate of 10 guest passes for $50. These can be purchased through the website or by check. No charge for guests under 2 years old. Members must accompany their guests to the pool.
· Guests who have enjoyed pool privileges for less than two hours due to inclement weather will receive a refund of their guest fee.
16. Babysitters pay a $2.00 fee and will NOT count toward the 5 guest passes.
17. Diving board rules:
· Only one person on the board at a time
· No diving from the side of the board
· No swimming in front of the board when someone is ready to dive.
· No diving until the area in front of the board is clear of swimmers.
18. The Lifeguard may eject any person they feel is a danger to themselves or others at any time for any reason for the day.
19. Each hour the Lifeguard on duty may call for a break and to tend the snack shop. The duration of the pool break is up to the Lifeguard but is typically 10 mins.
20. Only people 18 years of age and older or who hold current lifeguard certifications are allowed in the pool during pool breaks.
21. Swim lessons: Off-duty lifeguards and other members may make arrangements for swim lessons when offered. Lessons must not interfere with other member activities. The lifeguard on duty has the right to discontinue lesson activity if they feel it is interrupting member swim time.
22. Liability: The Corporation assumes no responsibility for articles left or lost. Parents are fully responsible for their children at all times. Anyone using the pool and the park facilities does so at their own risk. The Corporation is not liable for any damages to vehicles while parked on the premises or in the parking lot.
23. Pool parties may be reserved in advance by members and non-members. Please see party costs on Party info sheet.
24. Pavilion rentals are available and must be reserved in advance. If the pavilion is rented, it will be partitioned off and unavailable to members during the rental period.
25. Swim lessons may be offered pending availability
26. Complaints are to be in writing and are to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
27.. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If the weather is severe, the pool may close at the Pool boards discretion. Regulations requires everyone must exit the pools as soon as thunder is heard or lightening is seen and must remain out until 30 minutes after the last sound or strike.
NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN BOARD ACTION AND COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP.
NO REFUNDS! ANY REMAINING GUEST PASSES AT THE END OF THE SEASON ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO THE NEXT SEASON
