Volunteer for Refugia Festival 2025!
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for Refugia Festival's 2025 event! The festival takes place in Nichols Arboretum on Sunday, September 28th. Volunteers work one three-hour shift in exchange for a free shirt and attendance at the event! This information helps us coordinate your strengths and interests as well as our complete volunteer schedule. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@refugiafestival.com.

Volunteer Availability (note that the main part of the festival runs from 12-7 pm. Setup and teardown takes place in the early and late volunteer hours). Please check all times you would be able to volunteer. *
