Ice is quite often forgotten about by our party planners. In Florida, for large events, you will go through approximately 2 lbs. of ice per person. (For instance, if you have 150 guests this will require about 300 lbs. of ice. Nope, we are not kidding!)

We've seen too many times a guest having to run out in the middle of the wedding or event to buy more ice for the bar and beverages. Please sign your name saying that you will buy the required amount of ice, make sure the venue has ice maker OR that you will pay Magnolia Mead to bring it for you.
