2025 Apiary Life Studio Summer Camp for Teens Application
This is a brand new program for teens in Marquette County, MI and we look forward to welcoming your application!

This application serves to give us basic information about your teen, to confirm you and your teen understand and agree to program guidelines and responsibilities, and to provide program administrators with contact information in case of emergency. 

Apiary Life Studio is excited to be providing a hands-on growth minded experience for local teens this summer!

Each session is currently limited to 10 participants.

Tuition - $150.00 per person, per session* ~ Tuition includes guided instruction, all program materials, and a light snack each day of the program.

*Tuition is due within 5 business days of application approval to hold the applicant's spot. After the 5 business days the spot may be released to another applicant.

Why is the applicant excited for the 2025 Apiary Life Studio Summer Camp for Teens?
This program is centered around creativity for personal expression, emotional awareness and empowerment, and mindfulness for teens.

Why are you as the parent/guardian interested in this opportunity for the applicant? *
I understand that tuition for each 4 day session is $150 per participant and the applicant’s spot is not held until they are officially registered with completed payment. 
Tuition includes guided instruction, all program materials, and a light snack each day of the program.

I understand if my child's application is approved, I am responsible for arranging reliable transportation to and from each session for timely drop off and pick up.

I and my teen understand that tuition for missed sessions is not refundable if a registered participant cannot attend for any reason. 
This includes but is not limited to illness, forgotten sessions, oversleeping, or a change of plans.

I and my teen understand that if the registered applicant becomes disruptive or harmful to themselves or to the group or administrators, they will not be allowed to remain in the program and tuition will not be refunded. 
This is a voluntary program and Apiary Life Studio aims to create a positive, productive, and safe environment for each session.

I understand that if this application is approved, a payment link will be sent to me. Tuition for all sessions are due to Apiary Life Studio within 5 business days of their approval notification to officially register the applicant and reserve their spot in the program. 
After that time, the applicant’s spot may be released to another participant.

INDEMNIFICATION WAIVER

I understand this program will be using basic arts and crafts materials like paints, scissors, glue, paper, and drawing materials, and that risk involved in this program is low. While risk in this program is low, I understand accidents can happen anywhere. I indemnify and will not hold Apiary Life Studio, The Burrow, or related program administrators responsible for any injury, loss, damage or harm related to the applicant’s participation in Apiary Life Studio’s 2025 Summer Camp for Teens.
