Dear colleagues,

ADMA TranS4MErs aims to help SMEs’ transformation towards next-generation factories, hence it supports ambitious SMEs on their digital transformation journey. Almost one year and a half after the launch of the project we have managed to build a community of 187 Supported SMEs and 225 TranS4MErs, as well as we are having 204 Services Available on the xChange platform.

To become even better we want to hear your opinion on what we have achieved so far! We are happy to invite you to the first ADMA TranS4MErs online workshop which will be held on 06.07.2023 from 14:00 CET until 16:00 CET.

What personal data will be collected and how it will be used? Personal data that we collect are name, organization, email and country. Your personal data will only be used for registration, organizational and reporting purposes.

Legal basis for processing personal data: The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6, para. 1 of the Regulation (ЕС) 2016/679).

Who will have access to your personal data? Participants' personal data is electronically processed and stored by a representative of ARC Consulting Bulgaria, access to which is strictly limited by password-based protocols, so that only authorized personnel have access to it.

Your rights: Upon request, we will inform you which personal data we process about you (right of confirmation, right of access). Upon your request:

- we will stop processing your personal data, partially or completely (right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for one or more reasons; right to erasure (right to be forgotten);
- we will correct the relevant personal data (right of rectification);
- we will restrict the processing of the relevant personal data (right to restriction of processing);
- you will receive the relevant personal data in a structured and machine-readable format (right to data portability).
