HGCS Alumni and Transfer Transcript Request Form
Requesting a transcript from HG is easy for graduates and students who have transferred! Simply fill out and submit the form below and we will send it within 5 business days. By submitting this form, you are granting HGCS permission to release your records to the school or entity you list. Transcripts will be sent electronically when available, or by US Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the transcript recipient to process your transcript. If you have any questions, please contact the Guidance Office at 704-531-4001 or traceybennett@hgchristian.org.
