Crew meets on Mondays from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., and on a few Wednesdays from 3:15-5:30. Mandatory days are listed below. Additional, optional Wednesdays may be added. We meet every day during Tech Week from 3:15 - 5:30 p.m. Performances are March 13 at 6:30 p.m. (call time 5:00 p.m.) and March 14 at 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (call time is 2:00 p.m.). Please add these dates to your calendar and CHECK ONLY THE DAYS YOU'RE STUDENT CANNOT ATTEND..
Adult Volunteer Opportunities:
This is a community project. The more adult support that the crew receives, the richer everyone's experience becomes. Check any / all that apply, and please indicate other creative ideas for how you / your family will participate in the musical. Code of Conduct: MANDATORY *
As discussed at the info meeting, student and adult signatures on the Code of Conduct document are due no later than January 22 and is mandatory for all participants. Turn in to the office or directly at musical check in. Please review together at home, ensure your student knows what it means to sign this document (that they will abide by these guidelines, and failure to uphold these guidelines will result in discontinued participation.)
