Tickets are $35 for Seniors/ $45 for Underclassmen and all guests. Cash or checks made to: Avonworth High School.
3. This form must be submitted in order to be admitted and attend the event. Please see Dr. Dwulit or Dr. Remensky with any concerns or questions about the rules in place.
4. Parking: If driving, students are encouraged to park in the Convention Center Parking Garage. Parking is $12, cash or credit - please be prepared! There will be no returning to cars once you arrive at the event.
5. Students must refrain from the use of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. Anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or in possession will be reported to Avonworth Administration and the police officials on duty. All students and possessions are subject to search prior to entrance or during the event. Local law enforcement will be on-site and may use a breathalyzer during the event.
6. Dance dress is formal, but up to student comfort and style. Attire must be appropriate for a school event. Be prepared for forecasted weather. Open coat racks will be available on site.
7. No formal dinner will be served at this event, but water will be provided to students. A nurse will be on site at all times and if a medical emergency occurs, 911 will also be called.
8. The doors will open for the event at 7:00pm, ending at 10:00pm. Students are not permitted to leave until 9:30pm. Between 9:30pm and 10pm, students may exit the event through a check-out process.
