Hard Tech Fund set up a report guidelines document in order to help you, the stakeholder (whether in hyperloop's future, or as a researcher in this symposium) make an informed review on the team. This form assumes you have followed those guidelines for your review. If you have not, please post on the Slack page or email us your review. For every research paper, 19 points will be provided to Thoroughness of Submission and 35 points will be provided for Novelty of Submission. As such, all research papers will be compared on a scale out of 54, and the top ten teams will be the highest scoring teams out of 54. For every business whitepaper, 45 points will be awarded for Thoroughness of Work Submitted and 43 points will be awarded for the Novelty of Work Submitted, for a total business whitepaper score of 88 points.

Reviewing and voting will close at 10pm UTC on August 29th. The best team in each section will be made to moderate a 1 hour panel on Sunday, August 30th about the topic of their submission.
