Madelinetosh Returns/Cancels/Exchanges
Madelinetosh yarn is dyed to order meaning that once an order is placed, the yarn is dyed for you. Because of that process, Madelinetosh can only honor changes or cancellations to orders within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. After that time period, the yarn is already in production and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Unused yarn in its original condition/packaging may be exchanged for a refund within 30 days of the date printed on the invoice enclosed in your package. Sale items and patterns are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued for the full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your items were damaged or your order was improperly shipped thus prompting the return.

We will gladly exchange unused yarns for alternate color choices but shipping costs will be applied.

We will happily work with you regarding flawed or damaged skeins please contact us first prior to your return at support@madelinetosh.com to request a return shipping label.

Please, allow up to four weeks for all returns/exchanges to be received and processed.

Packages mailed to Madelinetosh which are ineligible for return will not be refunded.
