You must accept the following terms and conditions to receive services.
These terms can change without notice, but once the form is submitted, it would not change for the duration of the commission without discussion.
The terms may have changed from last time. Please read carefully.
General
- Commissions are only limited to people who are above 18 years old. (Sorry, but the logistics would be an nightmare.)
- I will have the right to show completed commissions as examples, however I will credit the owner of the character. If you would not like the art to be used as examples, please let me know.
- I will have the right to refuse/cancel the commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
- The buyer must have a flat coloured, visual reference available. The commission would be rejected if a reference is not available.
Won't do list
The following is a non-exhaustive list:
- alt right symbols, hateful themes
- humans
- NSFW (due to stripe)
Communication
- No matter which platform, all communications would be summarized through email. By paying when the work is completed, you agree that the email summary is correct.
Copyright
- The completed artwork(s) is yours to keep after payment for
personal use. You can do whatever you want with it, but I would
appreciate it if you credit me for the artwork. Please contact me if you would like to seek a commercial license.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own work.
- You must own full rights, or get permission to commission art for the character.
Payment
- Prices are in CAD, and payments are through Stripe. Sharing your real name is required for payment and a billing address may also be required.
- If additional assets are required to be purchased as part of the licensing agreement of that asset, the costs to purchase the asset would be not refundable. This is usually seen in commissions involving 3D models.
- The commission can be more or less expensive
than quoted, usually depending on design complexity.
- Once completed, the files will be sent through WeTransfer. I will only use the same email from Stripe.
