A minimum of fifteen travelling grants will be provided by NexusLinguarum (covering accommodation, meals and travel expenses). To apply for it, the participant must be affiliated with a legal entity in a COST Full/Cooperating Member country or a COST Near Neighbour Country [1]. The applicant must not receive any reimbursement or allowance from a third party to support their attendance (double funding is not allowed). The travelling grants will follow the COST rules on Travel reimbursement (see COST Annotated rules, Annex I, Section 3.1 [2]).
The selection process will be carried out by the NexusLinguarum core group, considering the following criteria: active participation in NexusLinguarum, young researcher or innovator (under the age of 40), and scientific/technical background suitability. In addition, the COST Excellence and Inclusiveness policy will be observed, to seek for gender balance, country balance, and career stage balance.
