Vrijwilligers Carnaval 2023 (Volunteers Carnival 2023)
Heb jij ook zo'n zin in Familie Carnaval in Blixembosch op 19 februari? Zonder vrijwilligers kan dit feest niet bestaan. Vele handen maken licht werk, super dus dat je mee wilt helpen om ons gezellige carnavalsfeest mogelijk te maken.

Alle gegevens worden vertrouwelijk, alleen voor Wijkvereniging Blixembosch, behandeld en worden niet met derden gedeeld.

Are you also excited for Family Carnival in Blixembosch on the 19th of February? Without volunteers this event cannot exist! Many hands make light work, so thank you for your support in creating this fabulous party! All data will be handled confidentially and will only be used In the context of Wijkvereniging Blixembosch and will not be shared with third parties.

Op vrijdagavond starten we met opbouwen. Denk daarbij aan de volgende werkzaamheden:
(The event will start to be built on Friday evening. For this the following help is needed:)
  • Vloer leggen in de sporthal (Installing the floor in the sports hall)
  • Podium voor de DJ opbouwen (Building the DJ stage)
  • Hangtafels plaatsen (Placing tables)
  • Versieringen maken en ophangen (Creating and hanging up decorations)
  • Kraampjes opzetten (Setting up stalls)
  • Banken klaarzetten t.b.v. voorstelling (Prepare\ing benches for the performances)
  • Knutselruimte inrichten (Setting up the craft room)
  • Spelruimte inrichten (Setting up the game room)
Op zondag tijdens het feest hebben we vrijwilligers nodig voor:
(On Sunday we will need volunteers for the following activities:)
  • Toegangscontrole (Access control)
  • Uitdelen stempelkaarten (Handling of stamp cards)
  • Toezicht (Supervision of the crowd)
  • Bonnenverkoop (Coupon sales)
  • Garderobe (Handling of the cloakroom)
