NHS/FTA Tutoring Sessions - Elementary/Middle School Students

If tutoring sessions are cancelled due to weather, an email will be sent to parents who complete this form.

The NHS/FTA students at Triad High School have developed a tutoring session for Triad students to receive help in their classes in the evening from 6-7pm in the THS library.

Attendance for Elementary/TMS students is limited based upon the number of high school tutors avalable to provide support. The goal is to have small group instruction where one tutor can help 1-3 students. However, if the groups get to large or the students coming to tutor do not bring resources to work on, the tutoring sessions lose its effectiveness.

Please complete this survey if you would like your child to attend the tutoring sessions. This will help our students and staff be prepared for your child's attendance. Thank you!
