Most CEOs (and managers) focus on reinforcing Grit and Resilience on their teams.

But, very few of us focus on what Nassim Taleb calls, “ANTIFRAGILITY.”

As he puts it in his book by the same name, “Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and stays the same; the antifragile gets better.” (Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder)
