Application Information

Applications should be received at least eight weeks prior to your estimated event date. Events are booking in the following priority :

1. Historical / annual / recurring event with same date(s) and timeframe as previous year;

2. Historical / annual / recurring event with NEW date(s) and timeframe; and;

3. New event requests.

Insurance Requirements

All events require proof of at least $2MIL General Liability Insurance with the Grindstone Theatre Society listed as an "Additional Insured"
