The following are sign-up opportunities for AHS fundraising.

All In For Austin High Event Committee

ALL IN for Austin High supports the Austin High Excellence Fund (AEF) which is the primary fundraising effort of the PTSA and only fundraiser that benefits the entire school.We are gathering a team with a variety of skills: data tracking and organization, event planning, raffle & fundraising marketing experience, graphic design and decor. There is something for everyone to do! We’ll have our first monthly committee meeting in October, with the event held TBD in April.

Assist with design, promotion, and sales of PTSA spirit gear merchandise.

Maroon Update

Assist with compiling a weekly e-newsletter of school updates and events.

A tradition since 1975 to honor teachers and staff members; held before school the week of Valentine's Day. Help with food, decorations or communications

Sponsors for Staff Appreciation Days

Sign up to sponsor a staff appreciation day (Administrative Professionals Day, Nurse’s Day, Custodian Day, etc.) by providing food or other goodies to show our appreciation to these awesome staff members.

Community Support--Maroons Helping Maroons

Support Maroons who have immediate needs as identified by our counselors for things as basic as food, clothing, etc.

Office Volunteer

Help in the Attendance Office to sign students in and out, answer & direct phone calls, light filing; a few hours a month, a few times a month or every week.

Help as needed. Opportunities to include assistance with college rep visits and AHS College Night.

Reflections Art Contest

Serve on campus committee that facilitates the nationwide PTA arts contest with the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. Assist the chair with planning, promotion, entry collection, judging, and awards.

I don’t have time to give but I’m happy to donate gift cards for events, items to help stock the staff lounge, and other needs that come up throughout the year.
