Hello and thank you for giving The Instrument Barn a chance to bring music into your student's life! Below is all the information we need to get a rental contract started for your young musician. All rentals are a 36 month term with a 20% early pay off option. If your student decides to switch instruments, 60% of the balance will transfer to the new instrument. If you decide to return the instrument before 36 months there is no early termination penalty or fees. Maintenance is included in the rental price. Once this form is complete you will receive a copy of the contract via email and all you will need to do is sign to complete. All rental payments are subject to sales tax. We will send invoicing to you via text and payments will be automatic. Please take a moment and complete all the boxes below.
