Submission of this online form is REQUIRED for EACH post-secondary school application, scholarship, military request, or other entity that requires that an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT be included. Schools that require the completion of the SRAR form (Pitt, Penn State) do not want an official transcript until graduation.

Online using the College/University/Career School's website (This method may be the least costly if the application fee is waived).

Using the Common App (This is a website devoted to allowing students to apply to many different schools. This is the most costly method; you must pay a fee for each school you include. We suggest using this option if it is the only way to apply to certain universities.)

Niche (A new site that doesn't 'require' an actual application. This is new territory and may have you applying to more schools than you need or want to.)

Applied in person during a college visit.

Completing a paper application (this will mostly apply to scholarships).

Planning to enlist in the military.
