Dear AEGEEans,

As the Comité Directeur, we have been working with the Strategy Committee to create a replacement for the European Planning Meeting that is in line with the Statutes of AEGEE-Europe and enables drafting of the Action Agenda in a much shorter format, as it doesn't seem feasible to hold the EPM in the original format within the timeframe left before Agora.

As an alternative there will be one session per Focus Area and each session will take three hours. During each session in the beginning we will have a 30 minutes information session consisting of a presentation of previous results and a presentation by the Working Groups who have been working on the focus area in detail for the past few months. The remaining time will be a combination of multiple drafting sessions which were originally planned at EPM.

Based on the output of these Focus Area drafting sessions, the Comité Directeur and the Strategy Committee will be preparing a draft for the Action Agenda to share with you the Network for feedback, before we finalise the draft which will be presented at Spring Agora Novi Sad 2022 for ratification.

Tuesday the 22nd of March (17:00 - 20:00 CET) - drafting for Climate Emergency
Thursday the 24th of March (17:00 - 20:00 CET) - drafting for Mental Health
Monday the 28th of March (17:00 - 20:00 CET) - drafting for Social Equity
Tuesday the 29th of March (17:00 - 20:00 CET) - drafting for Political Activism

You can apply for as many sessions as you want, and applying for the different Focus Area sessions occurs through this form.

Applying for a Focus Area can happen until 24 hours before the session starts, after which you will receive an email with the link for the drafting session.
