Better Block Corvallis
Better Block Corvallis is a lending library of things neighborhoods can borrow for activities and events. Pieces require assembly, but that’s the point: you are imagining a place and making a space where people want to gather.

Pieces may be picked up and/or returned on Mondays OR Fridays during open hours at Corvallis Bicycle Collective, 707 NW 11th. Borrowers are responsible for picking up and returning equipment on the agreed upon schedule.

Person Responsible must sign waiver at the end of this form. Digital signatures accepted.

Borrower will be financially responsible for any damage or missing items. Cost list below.

You are required to leave a $50 refundable deposit at pick up.

Choose items from the Inventory List below. Someone will contact you within a couple of business days. Items are not available much of August, as we're using them for Open Streets Corvallis.

About Us
Better Block Corvallis is a project of Open Streets Corvallis, a free street festival that features a mile of walkable, bikeable city streets for people to explore. https://openstreetscorvallis.org

Open Streets Corvallis is a joint initiative of Corvallis Bicycle Collective and City of Corvallis.

Corvallis Bicycle Collective is a local nonprofit whose mission is to enhance health, sustainability, and happiness through bicycling. Our community, do-it-yourself bike shop offers no-cost use of tools and mentoring to anyone. We work to get more bikes under people and create conditions that empower people to ride. We are located at 707 NW 11th street. https://corvallisbikes.org

Designs in our lending library come from Wikiblock, an open-source toolkit of designs for temporary pop-up street or park features. Wikiblock is a project of Better Block Foundation, a nonprofit that educates, equips, and empowers communities and their leaders to reshape and reactivate built environments to promote the growth of healthy and vibrant neighborhoods.
