What if the world within your mind contained an AI construct that wished to communicate with you? What if the messaging you saw there was essentially UI elements shared with its own operating system, but crafted for clarity and beauty that felt at home in the mind, a comforting design that existed more as an inviting overlay of information, a sort of simplified AR, except the reality is actually your subconscious.

This is the opportunity at hand: a UI/UX design & integration that is a direct extension of a primary character who just happens to be the artificial intelligence at the heart of our story. This is a chance to impact the game’s larger narrative, character design, and overall aesthetic. And we’re looking for a seasoned & multi-faceted artist up for the challenge.

UNITY EXPERIENCE AND AN ABILITY TO INTEGRATE AND ANIMATE ARE REQUIRED. DESIGNS ALONE WON'T FULFILL THIS ROLE, AND WE'RE LOOKING TO WORK WITH AN INDIVIDUAL, NOT BUILD A UI/UX TEAM.

You should have ample experience implementing UI in the Unity game engine, and a collaborative spirit that respects other disciplines since you’ll have plenty of opportunities to contribute to discussions that typically lie outside of UI/UX.

We were founded as a remote contract-based studio, enjoy a lively and communicative discord, flaunt a diverse international culture, and have developed our own unique approach to gaming as a way to deliver fun and meaningful stories that respect player’s time, intelligence, and maturity. 

Always in Mind is our flagship title, a game that some call "Mario, with meaning" or "It Takes Two, For One."
