Application form for ITCR trainee day at the annual ITCR meeting
We are planning an event on September 15th (the day after the annual ITCR meeting) for trainees to learn about helpful topics in cancer informatics.

All trainees will learn how to make a website with automated checks and rendering using our tools. The workshop will cover some information about reproducibility and the basics of version control with Git and GitHub.

We plan to provide travel awards of $1500 for eligible trainees to attend both this session and the ITCR annual meeting. This training session will be capped at the first 15 eligible trainees (with the potential for another session for 15 more) , with consideration of fairness across institutes. Priority will be given to individuals of underrepresented backgrounds and those among ITCR funded labs, however this is not required.
