Vendor Form for Huening Kai Event
Hello! Thank you for showing interest in participating in our event! 
If you are interested in being a vendor at our Huening Kai event in RALEIGH, NC,  please fill out this form!

Date: Saturday, August 12th

Time: 1-4pm 
please try to arrive at least an hour before the event to allow you time to set up

As the vendor space is limited, we will contact you if you have been chosen for the event. We ask for your vendor setup to be able to fit on 1 table to accommodate for everyone in the case we have more than one vendor.

 Since the space is outside, please be prepared as the weather is hot these days. 
If the weather is to change, we will make sure to contact you prior to the event if we are unable to have vendors.
