With your support we hope to increase cooperation between governments, NGOs and the private sector, which would lead to a long-term commitment on ambitions and policies and improved access to financing.

By signing this endorsement sheet you say yes to search for new funding schemes for:

- Investments into green social housing projects
- Support for municipalities investing into green municipal housing
- Cooperation between governmental and the banking sector
- Increased energy poverty resilience of local communities

Our goal is to show governments in SMARTER participating countries, that representatives of the private sector and civil society are ready to engage in dialogue about hybrid funding opportunities opening green housing to all groups of people.
