BHS Red Sox Ticket Orders 2018
Thank you for supporting the Bellingham High School Band and Color Guard for our performance at Fenway Park on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Please complete the order form below to request tickets.  

GAME & PERFORMANCE INFO:
Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Game time is 7:10 p.m. Red Sox v. Kansas City Royals
National Anthem performance and Star Wars music before game time by the Bellingham High School Music Program. It's Star Wars Night at Fenway!  This will include Grades 9 - 12 Band and Color Guard members.

PAYMENT:
Check or Money Order payable to Bellingham Friends of Music. Payment must be mailed or dropped off at BHS, instructions will appear when you submit this form on the confirmation page.

TICKETS FOR PERFORMING BAND & GUARD STUDENTS: Do NOT purchase tickets for performing music/guard students right now.  Ticket and shirt orders for performing music students will be completed using a paper form with permission slip.  

TICKET INFO:
These will be official tickets (not e-tickets). The ticket prices below include a $10.00 donation to the Bellingham Friends of Music to help offset the cost of our music trip to Boston.

WEATHER AND REFUND POLICY:
In case the game is postponed due to weather, the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. There are no refunds or exchanges.

TICKET PICKUP INFO:
The Bellingham Friends of Music will have several dates and locations set in April  for ticket pick up. You will receive an email notifying you of the possible pick up times/dates once we receive the hard-copy tickets from the Red Sox.

APPAREL:
T-shirts and sweatshirts are available to order through Thredz Unlimited at https://starwarsnight18.itemorder.com/sale 
Orders will be processed when the sale ends on March 29th. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the sale deadline for processing. Additional orders will NOT be accepted after the sale deadline. If an items becomes unavailable, you will be notified and your credit card will be refunded. Proceeds will benefit the Bellingham Music Program. We anticipate that apparel orders will be available to pick up with your Red Sox tickets, before the May 4th game.
