PARTICIPATION
Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your responses are anonymous. You have the right to refuse to take part in the research (survey) or exit at any time without judgement or penalty. You can choose to decline answering any particular question that you do not wish to answer for any reason.
 
BENEFITS
You will not receive a direct benefit from participating in this research (survey) study. However, your responses may assist us in learning more about multiple aspects of telemedicine, including your satisfaction, knowledge, and insight to remote learning and medical education. In addition, to technology and software, identifying common issues, complaints, and identify what aspects of remote learning and proctoring work well.
 
RISKS
To the best of our knowledge, there may be minimal risk to medical students as they may receive grades, recommendations and promotion ratings from their teachers who are also their supervising attending physician(s), resident physician(s) and researcher(s). This risk is minimized as the PI/study team is not in a position of power over the medical students; part of the study team includes peer medical students representing their interests; this study is by general invitation only. Therefore, students will not be singled out and recruited individually; results of the surveys will not be shared amongst the surveyed; the consent process allows prospective subjects to opt out of the study; participation in the survey is completely voluntary, there is no obligation to participate in this study.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Your research/survey answers will be collected and stored on google where the data will be kept in an encrypted,  password protected electronic format. No identifying information such as names, email addresses or IP addresses will be collected. Therefore, your responses will remain anonymous. No one, including the participating researchers will be able to identify you or your responses to the survey, and your participation in this research study/survey will not be known.
