Please fill out the information below for EACH student in your household that attends Advanced Technology Academy currently. Submission of this form implies compliance with the policies and procedures in the 2022 - 2023 Student Handbook. This form must be submitted in the Main Office by March 31, 2022.

Current Pre-K students looking to attend ATA Kindergarten MUST fill out an Application. Re-Enrollment forms for last year's Pre-K students entering kindergarten will not be processed!

Open Enrollment for 2022 - 2023 BEGINS on February 9, 2022 and ENDS on March 31, 2022. If all slots are filled during this time, your student will be placed on a wait list.

Any student who does not have a re-enrollment form completed, will be considered NOT RETURNING to ATA for the 2022-2023 school year and will FORFEIT their enrollment in the school. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Serratos in the Main Office at (313)-625-4701.
