Submit application (pieteikuma apstiprinājums)

In order to confirm the participation in the competition, two steps are to be completed:

1) a participation fee of EUR 80 must be paid by 20 August 2023.

2) Details to be included in the payment information:

21399 Name, Surname participation in Jāz. Vītola 8th International Piano Competition.

The participant must send a payment confirmation document issued by the bank (PDF format) and a good quality portrait (JPG format, approx. 2 MB size) to the e-mail address vitolakonkurss@jvlma.lv. The e-mail subject line has to be ‘Photo of participant Name, Surname’, e.g. ‘Photo of participant Jane Doe’.
The filename of the photo must include the participant’s name and surname separated by underscores (‘_’), e.g. ‘jane_doe’. The participant submits the photo with the payment confirmation document.

Lai apstiprinātu dalību konkursā, obligāti jāveic šādas darbības:
1) jāveic dalības maksa 80 EUR apmērā līdz 2023.gada 20.augustam.

2) Maksājumā jānorāda: 21399, Vārds, Uzvārds; ar norādi - dalība Jāz. Vītola 8. starptautiskajā pianistu konkursā.

Jāatsūta dalības maksas izpildīta maksājuma uzdevuma apliecinājums (pdf no bankas) un kvalitatīva dalībnieka portretfotogrāfija JPG formātā (~ 2 MB), uz e-pasta adresi vitolakonkurss@jvlma.lv. E-pasta nosaukumā (Subject) jāraksta "Dalībnieka vārds(i) uzvārds(i) foto" (piem. "Dalībnieka Madara Liepiņa foto"). Foto faila nosaukumā jālieto savs vārds(i) un uzvārds(i), tos atdalot ar zemsvītru "_" (piem., "madara_liepina") līdz ar šīs pieteikuma formas apstiprināšanu.
