THE DEADLINE TO RECEIVE TRANSPORTATION ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR HAS PASSED.  INDIVIDUALS OPTING IN NOW WILL BE ASSIGNED TO BUS ROUTES AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.  ELIGIBLE FAMILIES WHO OPT IN WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL WITH ROUTE INFORMATION WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO ROUTES BEGINNING IN MID-AUGUST.

Plans are underway for the 2022-2023 school year which begins Monday, Aug.  22, 2022.

To help us plan transportation routes for the 2022-2023 school year, we are needing you to let us know, via this form, if your bus eligible child,  grades K-12, WILL or WILL NOT be using bus transportation for the upcoming school year.

Please complete this transportation information form, opting in or opting out of bus service,  for each child in your household who will be eligible for bus services during the 2022-2023 school year.  This form must be completed to allow the transportation department time to create new bus routes.

You may use the same link to complete surveys for each child, grades K-12,  in your household who is bus eligible. To receive transportation on the first day of the 2022-2023 school year, you must opt in by June 15, 2022.

NOTE:  You will need your child's student ID number to complete this form.  If you do not have it, please contact your child's school.
