You are invited to be an exhibitor for ClarkFest 2017. Please review entry information carefully before submitting your application.

GENERAL INFORMATION
ClarkFest is a one day Festival of FOOD, FAMILY AND FUN. Additional activities during ClarkFest will include parade, car show, live performing acts, and plenty of activities for kids and families. Outdoor booth spaces of 10’x10’ will be available. Your booth will be on the grass, and corner weights for outdoor booths are highly recommended.
BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
Show tents are recommended for the booths, but not required. Remember the sides and back of another booth will be visible in your booth. All tables must be covered to the floor or ground. Nothing may be attached to any walls or windows of the permanent structures on our property. Limited electricity is available, please make your request on your application. Two vendors may share a booth, but must submit an application separately. If you are selling different mediums/products, each medium must be listed under submission. This is NOT a flea market.
INSURANCE AND SALES TAX
Each vendor is responsible for obtaining his or her own insurance. The Town of Clarksville, Clarksville Parks & Recreation, Clarkfest, Inc., nor any representative of Clarkfest, Inc. will be responsible for any losses or damage to any exhibit or property brought to the Festival. Each vendor will be responsible for paying sales tax to the state of Indiana.
SECURITY
Security will be provided the evening prior to the Festival and will be on hand during the Festival event until tear down at 3:00 PM.
BOOTH FEES
$25 if paid before September 23, 2017 or $35 after. Upon notification of acceptance, the booth fee will be deposited. A $2.00 processing fee will be charged for booth fees paid by credit card. Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by October 7. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged. There will be no refunds after October 7. Make checks payable to Clarkfest, Inc.
SHOW DATES AND SET UP
Friday, October 20 check in and booth set up from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Saturday, October 21 check in and set up from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. All vendor vehicles must be away from festival grounds by 9:30 AM. Booths are open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, tear down will be after 3:00 PM. No early tear down will be allowed.
I have read and understood the requirements for setting up a craft booth at ClarkFest 2017 and will abide by all rules and policies set forth by the ClarkFest committee.
