This form is to be used specifically for the Province of PEI's Pre-Travel Approval process for students traveling to PEI for the Winter 2022 semester. You must be registered in at least one course section in 2022W to be eligible for enrollment confirmation. Travel pre-approval is required by the Federal Government of Canada for entry to Canada.

Your request will be reviewed by the Registrar's office and your enrollment confirmation will be sent to your UPEI email account as soon as possible. You will then have to upload your enrollment confirmation letter as an attachment to your gov.pe.ca PEI Pre-Travel Approval form. Your gov.pe.ca Pre-Travel Approval request must be submitted well in advance of your date for travel.

If you are not fully vaccinated with a Canadian approved Covid 19 vaccine, or if you test positive for Covid 19, you will be required to self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival. You must also present a negative Covid 19 test prior to boarding your flight. Please follow the guidance of your airline. As of November 30th, all passengers on a Canadian flights must be fully vaccinated with a Canadian-approved vaccine. Please discuss your situation with the UPEI International Student Office if you do not meet these requirements.
