Welcome to join the New Jersey Chinese Language Teachers Association (NJCTA) ! 

The New Jersey Chinese Teachers Association (NJCTA) is a non-profit organization established specifically for charity, education, and cultural exchange, and meets the qualifications of an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The mission is to promote the study, teaching, and research of the Chinese language and culture on all educational levels in NJ; to provide a platform for NJ Chinese instructors to share and exchange instructional experience, ideas, and information; to serve as a source for professional development and lifelong teaching in NJ; to advocate the harmonious coexistence of diverse cultures in the community. 

Chinese teachers at all levels and types of schools and educational institutions in New Jersey, whether in public or independent institutions, whether engaged in Chinese teaching as individuals or in a certain educational institution, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity and beliefs, as long as you are engaged in Chinese teaching and education in New Jersey, you can apply to become a member of the association. If you are a Chinese teacher from another state and hope to communicate with teachers in New Jersey, you can also become our honorary member and participate in various lectures and competitions organized by the association like formal students. The membership starts on 12/14/2024 and ends on December 31, 2025. If you want to learn more about the association, please visit the association website: https://usnjcta.org/home. The details of membership are as follows:

1. The membership fee is $30

2. Group registrations of more than 10 teachers in a institution are charged a membership fee of $20 per person.

3.  The honorary membership fee for Chinese teachers from other states is $20. Like members of New Jersey, they can participate in various lectures and student competitions organized by the association, but they cannot participate in the New Jersey Educator of the Year award, President's Volunteer Serve Award, and Student Youth Leader Award.

4. Lifetime membership fee: $200 per person

5. Membership fees can be paid by school and personal checks, or by Zelle.

入会详细信息如下：
1. 新泽西州中文老师，会员费是$30。
2. 超过10位老师的团体报名是按每人$20的标准收取会费。
3. 外州中文老师加入，荣誉会员费是$20. 可以和新州正式会员一样参加学会组织的各种讲座和学生比赛等， 但是不可以参与新泽西州年度教师，总统义工奖和学生青年领袖奖。 
4. 终身会员费： 每人$200
5. 会员费可以用学校和个人支票支付，也可以用Zelle。
