Hello volunteers!

It's almost summer once again, and the Pista sa Nayon committee is in need of a rockstar team of volunteers. Pista Sa Nayon is a community festival celebrating our Filipinx / Filipinx American history and culture.

LOCATION: Seward Park Amphitheater

>> Setup Day: SATURDAY, JULY 26
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

1. Park Set Up:  Set up park with appropriate signage and trash receptacles.
2. Stage Set Up:  Assemble stage back drop.
3. Parking Set Up:  Set up parking areas with appropriate signage.


>> Day of Event: SUNDAY, JULY 27
10:00 am - 8:00 pm (morning: 10am - 2pm, afternoon: 1pm - 5pm, evening: 4pm - 8pm)

1. Stage Support/Security:  Monitor backstage traffic and serve as runner from stage to sound crew, or as needed.
2. Entertainment Check In:  Monitor check in and performance times of main stage performers and backstage crew.
3. End of Day Clean Up:  Take down back drop, take down all signage, general park clean up.
4. Parade Support: *MORNING ONLY* (Need 4 - 6, Tagalog speakers desired) : Assist parade coordinator in gathering information from parade participants, assist participants along the parade route.
