Department/Program Sponsored Winter Housing
Please submit this form to notify the Office of Residence Life about the sponsorship of student winter housing fees.  Once the student has registered for winter housing, the weekly fees will be posted to their student account by Residence Life.  The Student Accounts Office will then credit the student's account and charge the provided account number.

Per Finance and Administration:  The natural account that for all departments/funds should be 710441-Housing Allowance.  The only exception is for 710432 (special grant related charge).  
After your submission has been reviewed, you will be given access to a shared Google Sheet to provide a list of students.  Required student information will include the student's name, L#, and number of weeks.
