In order to maintain a sustainable program we ask that you make sure you inform of any withdrawals by the Sunday two weeks before the date of withdrawal in order to make appropriate changes to pitch bookings. We will this year be invoicing as per our school tournaments and be invoicing in advance based on entries. Any extra/ less teams can be added providing we are informed again at least two weeks before. Finally, any teams who qualify for West Regional finals will now pay their entry fee to this competition, in accordance with our indoor qualifiers. Please note some venues may change, and your preferred venue may not always be possible to offer to all.
