IF YOUR STUDENT CURRENTLY ATTENDS:  COLFAX HIGH, CONFLUENCE HIGH, DEL ORO HIGH, FORESTHILL HIGH OR PLACER HIGH ---- DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM --- TRANSFERRING TO MAIDU VIRTUAL CHARTER ACADEMY (MVCA) FROM ONE OF THESE SCHOOLS STARTS WITH CONTACTING YOUR STUDENT'S CURRENT COUNSELOR.

If you are interested in enrolling your student at Maidu Virtual Charter Academy (MCVA) please fill out this form and our Counselor or Registrar will contact you as soon as possible.

MVCA enrollment is not completed until parents have completed the online registration process, met with our counselor & both the parent and student have signed the Master Agreement.  Please keep in mind that your enrollment may be delayed depending on teacher availability.  Students must continue to attend their current school until enrollment at MVCA is finalized and official.
