Guest graduates should submit this form if they plan to walk in the Kodiak College Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 10 at 7 PM at the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium. Graduates should plan to be at the venue by 6:30 PM (at the latest) to put on their regalia and line up for the ceremony.

A mandatory commencement rehearsal is planned for Thursday, May 9 at 5:30 PM at the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium.

Commencement rehearsal is required to participate in the ceremony.  If you are unable to attend rehearsal, contact Barb Brown at Kodiak College Student Services at (907) 486-1211 or bebrown@alaska.edu to discuss your options.
I understand that I must purchase my commencement regalia, including cap, gown, and tassel, from my home campus. *
Contact your academic advisor or enrollment services at your home campus for information on how to order your regalia.  Students who are graduating with honors (bachelor's degrees only) should also request their honor cord from their home campus.  OEC in Marine Service Technology students should answer "n/a" to this question.
Kodiak College is offering the opportunity to have a professional photo taken at Kodiak College prior to the commencement ceremony.  Students who participate will be required to sign a photo release and will be given a print of their photo at commencement. Please indicate which photo session you will attend. *
If you would like a group photo with your fellow graduates, you may coordinate your attendance at the same photo session. 
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
