Christmas Lighting Up Night 2017 - Stalls Application Form
Friday 17th November 2017 – 4pm to 9pm

Bridgnorth Town Council would like to invite you to once again be part of our Christmas Lighting Up Event.

The Town Council is looking at having both local producers and local organisations having stalls along the High Street and this will be mixed with a funfair, entertainment and a stage where local schools and groups can showcase their talent.

The Town Council regret that it is unable to provide any stalls or gazebos or electricity for use at the event. Should you require power, only silent generators may be used. Due to the time of year, you must ensure that you secure your stall in the event of inclement. Gazebos must also be in good working condition due to health and safety guidelines.

The cost to commercial stalls holders will be £25.00 + VAT (£30.00 total) for a single pitch (3m x 3m) and £50.00 + VAT (£60.00 total) for a double pitch (6m x 3m). Community groups and registered charities are asked for a minimum donation of £10.00 per pitch.

Commercial catering stalls are asked to complete the relevant booking form as we are unable to accept applications submitted via this form. For alcohol sales, a Temporary Events Notice will be required from Shropshire Council who can be contacted on 0345 6789 000.

Please note that Whitburn Street and the High Street will be closed from 12 noon until 10pm. There will also be no vehicular access to the High Street from Church Street or St. Mary's Street from this time.

Stall holders will be asked to arrive at a holding area on Severn Park, Mill Street, Bridgnorth, WV15 5AE at 2.15pm and report to a steward. You will then be instructed to proceed to the High Street at a given time slot due to the nature of the event location. Should you not report to Severn Park first, you will not be permitted to enter the event.

The closing date for applications and receipt of payment is Monday 6th November 2017. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Please make cheques payable to Bridgnorth Town Council and include your name and organisation together with "004" on the reverse of the cheque or in a letter enclosed with payment and posted to Bridgnorth Town Council, College House, St. Leonard's Close, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4EJ. Alternatively, electronic bank payments can be made directly to the Town Council using the following details:

Bank payments MUST be referenced "004" plus your surname or organisation/business name. We would appreciate an email to confirm when payment has been made.
