Brookford Farm's 2025 Event Season Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at one or all of our events!  Please fill out the form and be sure to read the rules and regulations below.
  • Vendors are expected to stay the duration of the event on the day they select (snow, rain or shine) Please arrive by 9 am to set up.
  • It is the vendors responsibility to provide copies of all applicable licenses, permits and certificates.
  • Vendors will prominently display their prices and label their products in accordance with applicable state law.
  • Vendors must provide a minimum of 30 lb. weights to weigh down their tents, there is no access to electricity.
  • Brookford Farm is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged property.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you cancel, your spot is forfeited and cannot be sold or traded. So please book carefully — we can’t wait to see you there!
  • $50 Vendor Fee per day (please send check prior to event or call with credit card) Non Profits are free
