Carefully review the important details outlined below.
  • This form only serves the purpose of requesting to participate as an exhibitor at the 2024 TOLA Expo in Dallas, TX. It does not guarantee a booth space or approval to participate in the show.
  • You will receive a decision email within 48 business hours of submitting your request.
  • If approved, an Exhibitor Agreement link will be provided in that decision email that must be completed and electronically signed by March 22, 2024. Failure to submit that form could result in the release of your reservation.
  • If you are denied due to booth space availability, as the show experienced last year, you can request to be placed on the waiting list in case a space opens up due to another exhibitor cancelling or failing to comply with the exhibitor timetable requirements.
  • Limited booth options are available, especially with the larger 10x20 and 20x20 spaces. TOLA Expo management reserves the right to decide what booth size will be granted with any booth request and if the booth will be allowed for collaborative exhibiting.
  • There is a minimum participation cost to be in the 2024 TOLA Expo, outlined in the exhibitor participation options below. In other words, if two separate entities want to share a booth, which must be identified in this form and approved by TOLA Expo management, one party will be responsible for the booth cost, while the other entity will be responsible for paying the "Exhibitor Participation Fee."
  • All exhibitors must execute a 2024 TOLA Expo Exhibitor Agreement, regardless of being the primary booth exhibitor or an exhibitor participant.
  • If you are approved to participate and have an interest in hosting an education class, please send a request to education@tolaexpo.com. 

Exhibitor Details:
If you want to participate this year, you must provide all the information for the following questions. This information will be used to generate the 2024 TOLA Expo Exhibitor Agreement that will be sent to the person you designate to receive and sign for your company. Unfortunately, limited booth spaces are available, so as outlined earlier, completing this questionnaire doesn't guarantee a spot in the show. That said, we encourage you to complete this form submission as soon as possible.

Regardless, all monies due will need to be paid to TOLA Expo no later than March 15, 2024 to prevent losing your booth space reservation. This includes exhibitors sharing a booth.
